1. Computer Insurance

Computer Insurance covers only the computer that is designated on the receipt with its serial number. This protection plan is non-transferrable and expires 730 days after its initial purchase. It does not cover any type of liquid damage, theft or loss of device or complete destruction.

2. What’s Covered

The following are covered under this plan and no exceptions will be made. LCD Screen, Keyboard, Replaceable Charging Port, Trackpad, Ram, Hard Drive, Solid State Drive, WiFi, Bluetooth, Screen Hinges, Power Button, CD/DVD Drive, Heat Sink, Fans.

3. What’s Not Covered

The following IS NOT covered and no exceptions will be made. Liquid Damage from any source, Theft of Computer, Loss of Computer, Complete Destruction of computer.

4. Accidental Damage

This plan includes 2 accidental damage incidents. Only one repair can be covered under each accidental damage claim. An example is: Your computer’s screen is broken and the keyboard is missing keys, we will only repair either the screen or keyboard under one accidental damage claim and the other will have to be paid out of pocket or by filing a separate claim. Each claim is subject to a $49.99 fee. 

5. 1-Year Anti-Virus

This plan includes the first year of premium anti-virus protection to be installed by “Clovis iPhone & Computer Repair, LLC”.  After your first year you must return to our store to purchase a second year of cover at a discounted rate of $29.99 ($39.99 value). 

6. Software Repairs

This plan includes basic software repairs at no additional cost. These repairs have a limited numbers of uses. You can only use the basic software repair 3 times per 12 months. After that you will be charged. Basic software repairs are limited to the following: Driver repairs and Anti-Virus Repairs. All other software issues will not be covered unless we make an exception at the time of the repair. No exceptions are guaranteed.
