Asus Releases new ROG Gaming Phone 7...
Asus has launched the ROG Phone 7 series of high-end gaming smartphones, which includes two models: the ROG Phone 7 and ROG Phone 7 Ultimate. Both models use Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with Adreno 740 graphics and offer 12GB/16GB of LPDDR5X-8533 memory and 256GB/512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Ultimate variant has a few extra features compared to the base model. The phones target mobile gaming enthusiasts and compete with other smartphones in the market such as the Samsung Galaxy S23 and the OnePlus 11.
Asus has released the ROG Phone 7 series, featuring a similar design to the ROG Phone 6 with only minor changes. Both models in the series come in Storm White and Phantom Black colors and have the same dimensions as their predecessor. The phone features an aluminum body with a dual-glass design and Gorilla Glass Victus on the front, while the back has ordinary Gorilla Glass 3. It has a 6.78-inch Samsung AMOLED HDR10+ display with a 165 Hz refresh rate and a 2,448 x 1,080 pixels resolution. The phone's camera setup features a 50-megapixel primary shooter, a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a five-megapixel macro camera. It also offers 8K recording at 24 FPS, 4K at 60 FPS, 1080p at 240 FPS, or 720p at 480 FPS. The phone has a 6,000 mAh battery and supports WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. The phone is bundled with a 65-watt HyperCharger USB PD charger that fully charges the phone in around 42 minutes.
